Anchors and SUP equipment are provided.

Registration ends June 18, 2019
$125 for entire 6-class session // $100 if you use your own SUP

Isn’t it nice to put yourself first, at least sometimes? When we take care of the health of our own bodies and minds it creates so much more space to help the world. Make your mental and physical health your first priority with morning yoga.

Set the tone for a great day! Gently shake off the zzz’s with a class that starts slow and gradually gets your energy and your body ready for the day. We will explore the breath and the mind while strengthening and lengthening the body. Perfect for beginners or advanced practitioners.

When you finish your tasks for the day, you’ll feel good knowing that you already worked the body and the mind. Allowing yourself the freedom to relax at the end of the day. You earned it!
